RED RIBBON INDIA REAL ESTATE FUND

We are the exclusive asset management company for the Red Ribbon India Real Estate Fund, which was launched as a Luxembourg SICAV-SIF this year. We are mandated to identify, vet and approve developers in the cities of Delhi/NCR, Mumbai/MMR and Pune. The Fund will be investing in development projects for capital growth and in commercial assets for income. The Fund will be seeking to provide investors with returns through holdings of a diversified portfolio of real estate consisting of residential, commercial real estate buildings or mixed-use projects including co-investment with developers.
